What is covered
- Manufacturing defects under normal use
- Eligible LED strip lights, power supplies, controllers, aluminum channels, and lighting accessories
- Product failures that are not caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modification
What is not covered
- Wrong voltage, overloaded power supply, or incompatible controller use
- Improper installation, cutting, soldering, or wiring damage
- Water damage on products that are not rated for wet or outdoor use
- Physical damage, unauthorized modification, or normal wear from misuse
How to request warranty support
Contact us with your order number, product name, photos or videos of the issue, and installation details. For LED strip projects, please include the power supply model, controller type, total strip length, and installation environment.
