BrightTapeLED provides a 3-year or 5-year limited warranty for eligible LED lighting products against manufacturing defects under normal use. The applicable warranty period varies by product and is stated on the individual product page at the time of purchase. The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects under normal use
• Eligible LED strip lights, power supplies, controllers, aluminum channels, and lighting accessories
• Product failures that are not caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification
• Defects in materials or workmanship occurring within the applicable warranty period

What Is Not Covered

• Use with the wrong voltage, an overloaded power supply, or an incompatible controller
• Damage caused by improper installation, cutting, soldering, or wiring
• Water or moisture damage to products that are not rated for wet or outdoor use
• Physical or accidental damage caused by misuse
• Unauthorized modification, repair, or alteration of the product
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper power supplies, controllers, dimmers, or other incompatible accessories

• Order number
• Product name
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the problem
• Installation details

For LED strip lighting projects, please also include the power supply model, controller type, total strip length, operating voltage, and installation environment.

Our support team will review the information provided and determine the appropriate warranty solution based on the product, applicable warranty period, and nature of the issue.
