Welcome to BrightTapeLED. By using our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to retail customers, wholesale buyers, installers, contractors, resellers, and project purchasers.
Products and Specifications
BrightTapeLED sells LED strip lights, COB LED strips, RGB and RGBW strips, tunable white strips, addressable pixel strips, waterproof strips, power supplies, controllers, dimmers, aluminum channels, cables, and accessories.
Product specifications, photos, descriptions, and availability may change as we update or improve our catalog.
Orders and Payment
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. We may contact you if an order requires clarification, product substitution approval, wholesale quantity confirmation, or shipping arrangement confirmation.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
After shipment, estimated delivery time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier service.
The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 7–15 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Installation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for choosing compatible products and installing them correctly.
LED strips must be matched with the correct voltage, power supply, controller, dimmer, and environment rating.
For electrical work, commercial installations, wet locations, or large projects, we recommend using a qualified installer.
Warranty
Eligible products are covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect voltage, improper installation, overloaded circuits, unauthorized modification, physical damage, or water damage on products not rated for wet or outdoor use.
Wholesale and Project Inquiries
Wholesale pricing, bulk orders, and project support may be handled separately based on quantity, product type, lead time, and destination.
